This is an intensive 2-day training seminar in which the participants will learn how to:

Optimise Customer Communication

• identifying the communication gaps
• establishing an effective customer rapport

Carry out Project Escalation

• defining goals, inputs and outputs of escalation
• demonstrating an escalation process

 Communicate the Big Picture to Team Members

• articulating the big picture
• example of explaining the big picture

Cross-Cultural Project Communication (Day 2)

Participants will learn how to:

Develop multinational project teams

• a model for team building
• drivers and barriers of effective teams
• building high-performing global teams

Set up cross-cultural Collaboration

• impact of cultural dimensions on project teams
• 4-step framework to cross-cultural management
• dealing with sources and consequences of conflict

Create the Project Plan

• establishing buy-in for global projects
• defining goals and setting objectives
• carrying out the planning, start-up, execution and closure phases

Using our Task-Related-Training method, participants will be invited to contribute personal examples of work situations so the instruction given targets exactly the right areas which need to be improved.
